Miranda looks the gorgeous, very very sexy yet so sophisticated and classy. Her hair, make-up & accessories go perfectly together. She's on all the best dressed lists on other sites. Emma looks nice but just a bit bland & boring with her hair & makeup not complimenting the dress. Dakota's low cut dress just looks unflattering. Emma will win anyway because of all the Harry Potter fans, she could wear a garbage bag & the fans would still vote for her to win.
